Before the start of the 2007-08 season the Football League deducted Leeds United 15 points. It was on the 8th September 2007 after Leeds United beat Hartlepool United 2-0 that Leeds got to zero points. A feat that took just five games, much to the annoyance of Lord Mawhinney.
